I was waiting for this story to happen since I first saw them interact with each other.
There was this simple but intense connection between them. Luce was the first woman he saw and couldn’t get out of his mind and her fighting him every step of the way, helped him truly connect with someone for the first time.
Saying no to Ollie Mills wasn’t hard for Luce, she had no intention of being his next victim. That being said, she was enjoying more and more their little daily interactions. Getting to know him was making harder to still believe he was a bad person.
Some exciting action moments, kidnappings, and a deserted island, made this book a super fun and entertaining read.
Ollie doesn’t know many things, but he sure as hell knows he doesn’t stand the idea of being away from her. Nothing made sense to him until now, his way of living on automatic pilot are over, he is finally awake.
Will Luce take a chance on the sex addict, player rockstar? Or will she forever carry her heartbreak about what could have been?
