This time it was Gabe and McKenna's time to write their story, but it was not gonna be easy, they had a lot of secrets and bad blood between them.

Gabe misjudge her and he put their relationship at risk by not trusting the person he knew her to be. But she saw through his anger for her allege betrayal and accepted him again because he was all she needed. 

Unfortunately, the truth didn't set them free, it just complicated everything a whole lot more.

Very bad people and a troubled family member threatened their lives and it's up to them to decide whether this is going to destroy them or bring them together stronger than ever.

The chemistry between them was insane, they been holding off each other for a really long time and when they finally let go it was close to perfection.

McKenna has a lot to decide, but she was true to herself all along, she knew that she wanted Gabe and in the end there wasn't really a choice to be made.

Every time I open one of Sawyer’s books I am reminded why she is one of my favorite authors. 

The characters she creates are always so identifiable; you get to know them and are deeply in love with all of their little quirks by the end of each book. 

This story is no exception! I have a little place in my heart for best friends turned lovers stories and I’m obsessed with threesome books (even though this was a very particular one).

Avril, Dane and Andrew are a perfect tripod; they have been together for a long time and their friendship is a really healthy one. They work together perfectly and they love each other with all of their hearts; it’s always been that way. That is until they decide to visit the Wicked Horse and everything changes. 

Not all changes are bad, their relationships have changed and this might be just what was missing. But it could also ruin them forever if things go bad.

The attraction between them was insane; the first scenes when they only share eye contact were the craziest ones. The strange situation and location awakened something they had no idea was lurking behind their perfect friendship, and seeing them realize just that was priceless.

But threesomes are a complicated animal and they will have to jump through a couple of loops before they can find a rhythm that works for all of them.

Is their bond strong enough to sustain this, or will they destroy each other in the way?

Fast paced story where we get to see Drew fall head first into love clutches. 

He was one of my favourite characters from the series and even though it's been a while since I read the other books I still remembered him like it was yesterday.

He was dark and detached from any type of emotions while he was in his element at the club and he is happy just the way he is. He has never once questioned his lifestyle or his choices, that's why it was so sweet to see him fall hard at Raya's feet.

She blindsided him so hard he couldn't think or work, she, her demons and secrets consumed him. 

Breaking all of his rules would seem crazy but there's no way to escape his attraction and feelings towards her. He went all caveman on her and we love every minute of it.

How can he claim something that's not even his to begin with? Seeing him battle his demons and breaking down all of his walls was a pleasure to say the least.

Raya was a peculiar character, after finishing the book I realised the author didn't tell us all that much about her, we know she has been hurt and is now seeking for a way to escape, but other than the fact that she finds drew hot, we don't know much about her feelings till the end of the book.

I loved every minute of this story!

My Review

I'm in love with this series! It has just the right amount of mystery, excitement and crazy good sex scenes.

Let's not forget these hot alpha males of the Council, I loved each and every story about them and I can't wait for the next one.

This time it was Ryder's turn, he always seemed so controlled and cold, but in this book we see him loose a bit of that while he crumbles under Hadley's feet.

He feels he has a duty towards her father and that tortures him through the whole book, but we know that an attraction as strong as theirs can't be stopped and he is loosing the battle against his mind.

Hadley knows she has wanted him since she was young, he is everything she needs and nothing will get in her way of getting him. She has demons of her own and she needs Ryder to save her; it's a challenge he can't resist, once he truly sees her there's no turning back.

They are fighting together against a common enemy and at the same time trying to figure out how they feel about each other.

The book is full of thrilling and suspenseful moments that will keep you on the edge of your seat, I couldn't put the book down.

This is my first book from the author and I really enjoyed it! Her book has everything I like, great sex scenes, amazing alpha males and oh yeah... threesome scenes!

If you are not into that kind of sex scene then this is not the book for you, but if you do enjoy a little bit of MFM and a lot of hot dark sex then get this book now, you won't regret it!

Tiffany and her friends where just hilarious, I had a lot of fun reading about their quirks and adventures. We really get to know them in a few chapters and that's what creates a strong connection with the characters and the plot. I felt part of their little group and wanted them as my BFF too !

We then meet H, he is mysterious, dark, sexy, rich and he knows what he wants. He didn't hesitate to take it when he could and I just went crazy with their first scene together. The control he had over her was something that couldn't be faked, they had insane chemistry.

Brandon is different, he seeks a real connection, mind and body; we can tell it's not just sex for him, he really likes Tiffany. 

She was my favourite character, she had no inhibition about sex and felt free to just hook up and have fun, a girl after my own heart!

She knew she needed more and when the opportunity presented itself she never hesitated she went for it and because of that she experienced perfection!

I loved it!

I've read the first book in the series so I was already familiar with the characters, but in this book we get to know all about Darius and Taylor. 

Darius was such a mystery for me since the first time I read about him. We get to see him in his role as Allie stepbrother and also as an owner of the sex club empire, but I knew there was so much more hiding behind his walls. 

Him being so overprotective of Taylor was a pleasant surprise, I knew he had it in him, that deep down he had feelings and love for others. Unlucky for us, he doesn't know it yet.

Taylor was just as I expected her to be, she is so pure and sweet, with her what you see is what you get, she gives her heart to everyone she meets. She's always been a fixer, and she is finally realising the reason behind her obsession of helping people fix themselves.

A book about real love, about putting that person's happiness before yours. This kind of love is hard, messy and most of the time you have to fight for it, but when you finally get there you are rewarded with the best kind of happiness.

An Amazing read, you will suffer alongside the characters but in the end you will see it was worth the pain.

Finally! Bridger's story! And it's everything we could have ever wanted !

I got this book on Netgalley for an honest review and it was as good as all of the other books in the Wicked Horse series.

We've been waiting for this book for a long time! Bridger has always been a mystery, and even though we fell for him on the other books based on little glimpses we had about his true self, we still had no idea who he is and where has he been. 

He is haunted by demons from his past and in this book we get to know all about that and we also get to watch him try to fight them and try to find the happiness he is not sure he deserves.

It's a fight for love and for forgiveness, he needs to free himself from her and in that way he will be able to really feel pleasure and love again.

That's when Maggie comes in and she takes away all of the walls he had erected around himself without even trying, she reminds him of himself. 

She is broken but just on the outside, she is so much stronger that anyone could have expected, she has the power to get to him.

But Bridger is terrified of letting go of his rules, will she be enough?

Amazing story and overall a great book! with a lot of heartfelt scenes and some sexy crazy good sex scenes.

My Review

I got this book for an honest review by the author and it was certainly an entertaining one. We get to follow Catherine through her accident filled life and watch as she transforms from daddy's little girl to a totally different kind of animal.

My favourite part of the story was Alex's and Catherine's encounters, like clockwork they met the same day every year, and even if they didn't they were connected somehow. 

This book tells us the story about how a person can get lost in pain and still navigate through life showing people only her outside armour. 

She's trying to find her place in the world, to discover who she really is, and she is not scared to experiment.

She is surviving, only going through the motions and not letting anyone get close enough, but as times goes by she is actually thinking she is close to having a break, but apparently life has other plans for her.

I can't wait to read about the next part of the story, the cliffhanger left me hungry for more!

I got this book on Netgalley for an honest review and I’m in LOVE.

This series has so much potential! It was my first book from Stacey Kennedy and I have to admit that I’m adding all of the other on my goodreads wish list as I write this review…

Yeah it was THAT good!

Now about the characters…

Allie was a nice, beautiful woman who was too busy with work to have a real life of her own, she is not damaged like the characters we usually see in these situations, she is just scared and busy and that is refreshing. She has such a sweet loving personality that you feel for her from the start and hope for the best in this wild tale.

Micah is so intense; he just blew me away since the first moment I read about him, he just captivates you with his charm and his darkness. Of course we love that part of him; it’s what makes him interesting and mysterious and women LOVE that!

The storyline is interesting enough to keep you guessing and I read the book in a couple of hours, non-stop, so I would say it was a quick read if you have the time.

They are amazing together from the start, they complement each other so well, she gives him light and he taints her in a good and sexy way, darkness never seemed sweeter.

Overall a beautiful love story about letting go of your past mistakes and forgiving yourself, sometimes we get so wrappted up in our own stories that we don’t see the bigger picture and things might be change on a different light


We also learned that we must take chances; you should never let a potential love story go by because you are too frightened to take a chance on it. Just GO FOR IT! life might surprise you.
