Outsider (Exodus End #2) by Olivia Cunning

My Rating: 5 Stars
Series: Yes, Exodus End #2.
Sex Scenes: Yes.
Subject: Love can come in all shapes and sizes, and some people have a big enough heart to love many.

Synopsis
Reagan Elliot should be living her dream...

She’s touring with Exodus End as their new rhythm guitarist and gaining more notoriety and fame than she ever imagined possible.

She’s earned the devoted love of not only one, but two spectacular men. Her committed threesome with sexy guitarist Trey Mills and her hunky bodyguard Ethan Conner is stable, loving, deep, and satisfying for all involved.

But sometimes the world sees things differently and is determined to destroy what it doesn’t understand.

Can Reagan’s relationship with Trey and Ethan survive the cruel backlash of the media, her family, and a bigoted public? Or will the talented musician lose everything she holds dear in the face of her own burgeoning doubts?

Outsider is the second book in the Exodus End World Tour series. It’s also the sequel to Double Time, the fifth book in the Sinners on Tour series.

My Review

I was so excited when I got this book on Netgalley for an honest review! I love Olivia Cunning and all of her sexy dirty rock stars, so obviously I couldn't wait to get started with the book and I wasn't disappointed!

I was so happy to read more about Trey's love story, he is such a pure soul, and life hadn't been fair in the love department until he met Reagan and Ethan. He loved with all of his heart, had no boundaries when it came to giving a part of himself to his lovers so he suffered immensely when his feelings weren’t reciprocated.

Ethan comes close second as my favorite character, he is such a good guy, he is strong and even though it’s been hard for him to accept what he wants he loves them with all of his heart and you can just imagine his intense eyes communicating everything he holds back.

Reagan is having a hard time fighting with what she wants and what people expect of her and that could damage their relationship eventually, she needs to find a way of accepting her true feelings regardless of what people think.

This type of relationship might be exciting and easy at first but it’s hard to maintain in time and the characters go through some difficult situations, intensified by their public figures status in the rock world.

The way the author is able to create such a deep and intense connection between the characters is one of my favorite things about her books, you get to really know each and every one of them and that’s why we laugh with their amazing jokes and cry with them when life gives them a hard time.

We get to see a little bit more about more about all of our Sinners and Exodus End favorite characters and how their lives have changed since we last read about them. If you haven’t read the other books and series I recommend you to do it before reading this one, you won’t regret it!

Last but not least, the sex scenes are just perfection, when you think fantasy land on steroids that’s what you can expect to find in Olivia’s books. Her characters are well known for not having any hard limits when it comes to pleasure, they just enjoy themselves without any reservations and there’s nothing sexier than that.

Each book I read on these series is making me fall a little bit more in love with this crazy rock star world and I see a book Hangover-depression coming, so please never stop writing their stories!!!
