Derek and Amanda's story was lust at first sight. They knew there was something about each other that made them connect on a deeper level, before they even talked.

When they finally did, it was like a bomb had gone off, they couldn't get enough of each other and their arrangement worked perfectly. No feelings, no attachments, nothing could go wrong.

But we all know how this things work, sex always gets complicated and if you like each other enough to stay together for a long time its probably because you already have feelings but you just choose to ignore them.

They were scared, Amanda was afraid of opening her heart again and Derek was afraid of letting go of his father's company and just take a chance and change his life.

They had a great thing together, and being afraid could just ruin it all if they couldn't get pass it and trust their hearts.

Taking a chance in love is scary, but the opposite is way worse. Living life not really making a choice would never give you true happiness. Sometimes good things are worth the risk.
