Filthy Gods (American Gods 0.5) by R. Scarlett

My Rating: 4 Stars
Sex Scenes: Yes.
Series: Yes.
Subject:Falling for a God.
Synopsis:
Prelude in the American Gods series.

Young. Wealthy. Elite. Attractive. The gentlemen’s secret society at Yale was filled with them.

And Nathaniel Radcliffe, the bane of my existence, was one of them.

As the right hand of the American Gods, he was conceited and arrogant. A dangerously handsome man in a tailored custom suit and shiny black oxford loafers.

The classroom was our battlefield. We made a sport out of arguing and debating, ready to do anything in order to win over the other.

Deadly opponents, deadlier minds.

I'd sworn I'd never give him the upper hand, until...

The secret I’ve been hiding for the last three years?

He just discovered it… and now he has all the power.

Nathaniel and Juliette had always been good at fighting each other, they were sworn enemies from the start and she was totally okay with that. She hated everything about him.
Nathaniel was the epitome of what she stood against, his family money and power gave him everything without having to work for it, or so she thought.

Running into him in this different situation, outside school was a little disconcerting and she found herself getting a little lost in his intense and sexy gaze.

He knew what he wanted and that was her. So he took it all, like everything else in his life, no was not an acceptable answer. He probably thought that once he scratched the itch he would stop being obsessed with her, but that was not the case.

They found within each other the perfect match. Not only the sex was great but they went head to head on everything. For the first time they felt challenged on every sense of the word.

But can such different people, with lives so opposite find a way to be happy forever, or will their worlds crash and make them burn.

About R. Scarlett
R. Scarlett lives in a small quaint town in Southern Ontario, Canada and has an unhealthy obsession with mythology and romance.

From studying English literature and minoring in History, she loves losing herself in a good book and snuggling up to her Brittany Spaniel.

When she's not writing or plotting a delicious novel, she can be found hanging out with friends and family, going on long car rides, exploring small towns, or watching reruns of Sex and the City.
