Synopsis

She's a hot mess... A beautiful disaster... And she keeps telling me she doesn't need saving. But that won't stop me from trying...

Beautiful Disaster" is the story of Alex Sinclair, the heir to his family's political dynasty, and Roslyn Sanborn, a young socialite whose self-destructive behavior after the death of her father threatens to be her undoing.

When the pair is thrown together at a family gathering to welcome Roslyn's mother into the Sinclair clan upon her marriage to Alex's uncle, they despise each other at once.

But as Roslyn turns Alex's neat and ordered life upside down with chaos he begins to realize there is more to her than the empty-headed party-girl she pretends to be.

Alex has his own family secrets and when he begins to open up to Roslyn, he realizes they have more in common they either of them thought.

But when Roslyn comes to him in crisis will Alex put his family name and political ambitions on the line to protect Roslyn from her past?"

My Review

I got this book for an honest review by the author and I enjoyed it! It was an interesting read.

The female lead of the book is hard to relate to because of her crazy ways of fighting her pain.

She is taking all the wrong decisions, and her life is just an endless parade of parties, drinking and drugs.

At first it was hard to tell what she was really like, she hid everything behind a wall of insults and recklessness; but from time to time, we get a glimpse of her true self and we see a hurt and damaged woman who just needs to find her way back home.

Alex is just a regular guy, he has his life scheduled and he seems happy about that, but he is not really living, he is surviving, under the shadow of his family, mostly his father.

Both of them are trapped on their unhappy reality and finding each other might be just what they need to be able to find their freedom.

This book is about pain and real life love, it’s not pretty, its hard and they have a lot of work to do before they can find the happiness they deserve.
